| Energy security is an overall and strategic issue related to the country’s economic and social development.It is essential to the country’s prosperity and development,the improvement of people’s living level,and the long-term stability of society.As a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Grid,company GS is located in the center of the Northwest Power Grid.It is the power exchange hub of the Northwest Power Grid.It undertakes the important mission of large-scale energy resource allocation and power transmission from west to east.In recent years,due to the rapid development of power grid construction and planning,the number of engineering projects has increased by leaps and bounds,while the human resource management of the projects has gradually lagged behind the speed of reform and development,resulting in many deficiencies in the engineering construction management of company GS.The power grid construction projects have the characteristics of long implementation period,unfixed work location,easy change of project arrangement,relatively complex management environment,and difficulty in completely replicating project experience.The human resource management of the project is also different from that of general enterprises.The thesis firstly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,and it conducts a domestic and foreign literature review on the influencing factors and optimization methods of human resource management,as well summarizes of the literature review.Then,the related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this thesis are introduced.This thesis mainly involves the following concepts: engineering projects,human resource management,and theoretical method such as DHGF integration method.Thirdly,it analyzes the current situation,existing problems and reasons of human resource management in Hexi Corridor 750 k V line project of company GS.Furthermore,the DHGF integration method is used to evaluate the human resource allocation level of Hexi Corridor 750 k V line project of company GS.According to the cause analysis and evaluation results,the improvement measures and optimization methods are put forward from the aspects of personnel selection and job design,salary and incentives,performance appraisal and training system to further release the potential of human resources.Finally,the research content of this thesis is summarized,and the shortcomings of the research and the direction of future research are pointed out.This paper uses the DHGF integration method to evaluate the allocation level of human resources,and puts forward suggestions for the allocation and optimization of human resources in energy engineering projects,mainly to establish a perfect human resources management system and continuously improve according to the weaknesses in the evaluation index system,which provides a reference for the allocation and optimization of human resources in similar projects. |
