"Human is the first element of management".Invalid human resource management will produce waste in the operation of enterprises,and even lead to the failure of the whole project.Therefore,in the management of construction project,the management of human resource is an important content,and the reasonable allocation of talents will ultimately affect the success or failure of the project.The purpose of this study is to analyze the important links and influencing factors of HRM based on the current situation of HRM of Company A Project,in order to explore an efficient,reasonable and scientific human resource management mode,and promote the actual effect and management level of the project engineering to be effectively improved.On the basis of literature,this thesis takes Company A Project as the specific research object,uses the combination of empirical analysis and theoretical analysis,finds out the specific problems in human resource management of Company A Project through field investigation,and then puts forward the optimization countermeasures.Specifically,firstly,the thesis expounds the relevant concepts and theories of human resource management of construction project,including the concept and characteristics of construction project,the content and principles of human resource management,the technical route of human resource management of construction project,etc.;secondly,it conducts a field survey of Company A Project,including the field personnel,core personnel and peripheral personnel.This thesis analyzes the current situation of human resource allocation of Company A Project,determines the main problems existing in the human resource allocation of the project and the strategies for problem optimization,and puts forward the risks of human resource allocation of the project from the aspects of human resource planning,recruitment,use and loss,and puts forward countermeasures to deal with the risks.Specifically speaking,the main problems of human resource management of Company A Project are as follows: unreasonable project organization structure;insufficient core personnel,imperfect selection mechanism;poor overall quality,mismatch between personnel and post;imperfect incentive mechanism and performance appraisal system,etc.The optimization strategy of the problem: first,the optimization of the project human resource organization structure;second,the introduction of competitive selection mechanism;third,the strengthening of capacity-building to improve the quality of employees;fourth,the establishment of effective performance appraisal and incentive mechanism.Risks and Countermeasures: the risks of human resource allocation mainly exist in planning,recruitment,use and loss.The main strategies to deal with the risks are to avoid the heavy and neglect the light,to realize dynamic management;to accept both internal and external talents;to improve incentives and reduce the risk of loss;to make strategic guarantee and long-term planning.The results of this thesis provide guidance for the allocation of human resource of Company A Project,support for the success of the project,and provide a useful reference for the allocation of human resource of similar construction projects.
