| Equipment Management is a comprehensive work with complex business relations.In order to improve the capability of equipment management in an all-round way,many enterprises are trying to introduce advanced ideas and methods of equipment management,such as predictive maintenance of equipment and equipment integrity management,but how to run these advanced ideas and methods through the whole life cycle of equipment,to achieve a high degree of coordination between various equipment management business,is also a difficult problem encountered by many enterprises.This thesis analyzes the cooperative management of power equipment in China Petroleum group refining and chemical enterprises.The traditional management mode is to carry out the management by stages based on the division of duties and responsibilities,with high emphasis on the division and order of different stages,this mode is not enough to face the maintenance and management of a large number of professional equipment in petrochemical enterprises.With the increasing equipment assets,the traditional management model is difficult to achieve organic and unified management and control,the lack of overall consideration.Therefore,integrating the whole life cycle management theory,synergetic management theory and equipment integrity management theory to carry out the synergetic management optimization of power equipment in refining and chemical enterprises will promote the ultimate transformation of assets into economic benefits,it is of great significance to improve the equipment management level and production efficiency in refining and chemical enterprises.Based on the actual situation of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC),this thesis takes CNPC refining and chemical enterprises as the research object to carry out the optimization of dynamic equipment cooperative management.First of all,the thesis analyzes the current situation of equipment management in China Petroleum group refining and Chemical Enterprises,including the brief introduction of the enterprises,organizational structure and personnel composition,as well as the current situation and systematic application of equipment management,etc.,this thesis puts forward the problems of the large number of power equipment and the complicated management business in the refining and Chemical Enterprises of CNPC,the main factors that influence the cooperation of power equipment in refining and chemical enterprises are business cooperation,Quality Assurance,resource integration,organization and system.Secondly,based on the theory and method of equipment life cycle management and synergetic management,the optimization scheme of dynamic equipment synergetic management is designed.Finally,the implementation scheme of the optimized CPM Strategy in CNPC refining and petrochemical enterprises is formulated to verify the effectiveness of the design scheme.Through the implementation of the scheme,it is demonstrated that the system meets the initial design requirements and can effectively solve the problems caused by the large number of power equipment and the complex management business in the refining and Chemical Enterprises of CNPC,and greatly enhance the working efficiency of the equipment,increase the productivity of enterprises.Aiming at the optimization scheme of equipment management based on collaborative management in China Petroleum Group Refining and Chemical Enterprises,the idea of using equipment separately in the past has been changed,based on life cycle management,the equipment management work throughout the whole equipment life cycle,to further enhance the refining and chemical industry equipment management level has practical value. |
