Study On Influencing Factors Of Rural Elderly Care Quality In Huojia County

At present,there is a big gap between urban and rural infrastructure construction and residents’ economic level.There are problems of slow development and weak foundation of elderly care service system in rural areas,resulting in a more severe elderly care situation in rural areas than in cities.The problem of providing for the elderly in rural areas involves many aspects and is difficult to solve.Due to the growing age,the degradation of physical function and the gradual loss of labor ability,most of their children go out to work,coupled with the weak concept of filial piety culture,it has become the root cause of some rural social problems.Aiming at the current situation of rural elderly care in Huojia County,this paper designs a questionnaire for rural elderly care in Huojia County in terms of economy,spirit,health,pension willingness and social support,makes a field survey on rural elderly care in Huojia County,arranges the survey data,processes the data by single factor analysis and logistic regression analysis,and finds out the significant factors affecting the quality of elderly care,They are: pension insurance satisfaction of urban and rural residents,satisfaction with medical insurance reimbursement,average annual income,monthly economic supply of children,satisfaction with the income and expenditure of the elderly,children’s concern and loneliness.And put forward corresponding measures to improve the quality of rural pension in Huojia County,including developing rural economy and improving the income level in rural areas;Strengthen the government’s investment and support for rural elderly care;Strengthening the basic role of family pension;Develop community pension and strengthen the role of community organizations;Improve the self pension awareness of rural elderly in Huojia county.
