| In China,the main purpose of solving the problem of transfer of contracted management rights of rural land is to increase the income of farmers,improve the utilization rate of land,and achieve large-scale and intensive agricultural production.At present,there are few studies on rural land transfer in Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia,and most of them take typical areas as examples.Most of the researches on the current situation and existing problems of farmers’ land transfer through field research have been carried out.There are few literatures on the impact of livelihood capital of different types of farmers on farmers’ land transfer behavior from the perspective of farmers’ differentiation.So this article will Inner Mongolia hanggin Hou Qi as study area,based on 307 peasant household survey data,under the farmers differentiation perspective,combined with the local actual situation,using entropy method to construct hanggin Hou Qi farmers livelihood capital index system,through the establishment of binary Logistic regression model analysis breakdown livelihood capital index influence on behavior of peasant household land mobility,To improve hangjinhouqi rural land transfer rate to provide scientific basis.The results show that :(1)in hangjinhouqi survey sample,121 pure farmers,76 households participated in land transfer,accounting for 62.8%,45 households did not participate in land transfer,accounting for 37.2%;There were 115 part-time households,including 63 ⅰ part-time households and 52 ⅱ part-time households;Among the part-time households,74 households participated in land transfer,48 households ⅰ and 26 householdsⅱ,41 households ⅰ and 15 households ⅱ and 26 households ⅱ were not involved in land transfer;There were 71 non-peasant households in total,and 60 households participated in land transfer,accounting for 84.5%;11 households did not participate in the land transfer,accounting for 15.5%.It can be seen that pure farmers and part-time farmers are the main types of peasant household differentiation,and also the main force of rural land transfer.(2)The regression results of the impact of livelihood capital on peasant households’ land transfer behavior from the perspective of peasant households’ differentiation show that,among natural capital,per capita cultivated land area is significantly positively correlated with participation in land transfer behavior and land inflow behavior,and significantly(3)negatively correlated with land outflow behavior,and has a great impact on pure peasant households’ land transfer behavior;In human capital,farmers’ education level is significantly positively correlated with their participation in land transfer behavior and land outflow behavior,and significantly negatively correlated with land inflow behavior,and has a great impact on the land transfer behavior of part-time farmers and non-farmers.In terms of physical capital,the total value of farmers’ ownership of agricultural machinery and tools is significantly positively correlated with their participation in land transfer behavior and land outflow behavior,while the purchase of urban housing is significantly negatively correlated with land inflow behavior,and has a great impact on the land transfer behavior of pure farmers and non-farmers.In social capital,the number of family members serving as cadres has a significant negative correlation with land inflow behavior,and the number of relatives in the same village has a significant positive correlation with land outflow behavior,and has a great influence on the land transfer behavior of pure farmers.In terms of financial capital,household annual income is significantly positively correlated with participation in land transfer behavior,whether loans are significantly positively correlated with land inflow behavior,significantly negatively correlated with land outflow behavior,and has a great impact on non-peasant household land transfer behavior. |
