The success of state-owned enterprise system reform is the key to its survival and continuation in the current market environment.The question of how to strengthen the reform of state-owned companies has resurfaced in the new normal economic environment.The 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Third Plenum presented new ideas on this topic in 2013,laying out how to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises through specific measures tailored to the nature and function of the enterprise,and promoting mixed-ownership reform as the main approach for the new round of so E reform.Among them,the competitive reform of state-owned enterprises is especially pressing and onerous and the results are high-profile.The first set of reforms to the management system of state-owned enterprises was short-lived,along with reform’s thorough,more state-owned enterprises have become part of the mixed reform wave,Something the government places a high value on and actively promotes through legislation.The process and effects of mixed ownership reform in publicly traded liquor manufacturing companies are the focus of this study.To begin,we’ll look at China’s current mixed ownership situation.Second,the research looks at the mixed-ownership reform model in state-owned companies,as well as the relationship between mixed-ownership reform and corporate governance,and the effects of mixed-ownership reform.Thirdly,taking Shanxi Fen Wine Factory as an example,the case of mixed reform is comprehensively introduced.Starting from the financial data of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory liquor reform five years before,this paper summarized the strategic development motivation of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory mixed reform,furthermore,the strategic development path and mode of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory mixed reform are analyzed.Finally,mixed reform adjustments in Shanxi Fen Wine Factory include corporate governmental efficiency,strategic level,accounting indicators,traditional financial indicators,Dupont analysis,economic added value,prospect forecast,and other aspects.Finally,a conclusion is drawn,and the mixed reform enlightenment is described,serving as a model for other state-owned enterprise mixed reform in the liquor sector.From this thesis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The mixed reform has little direct impact on financial performance,but improves governance and business incentives by optimizing ownership structure and business decisions.(2)After in-depth background investigation and screening,CRE Yang Co.,Ltd.was finally introduced as the strategic investor of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory.(3)The mixed reform of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory has achieved good results.(4)Through the implementation of employee stock ownership,Shanxi Fen Wine Factory has improved the incentive mechanism and stimulated the vitality of the enterprise and its employees.Finally,through the successful experience of Shanxi Fen Wine Factory mixed reform,the following enlightenments are drawn:(1)The strategic direction should be clearly defined in advance.(2)The right object of mixed reform should be chosen.(3)A reasonable incentive mechanism should be established.
