Research On The Integrated Development Planning Of Agriculture,Culture And Tourism In The Mountainous Area Of Eastern Zhejiang

Thanks to the political inclinations such as rural revitalization,the development of rural areas is on a fine way.For towns in mountain areas in the East of Zhe Jiang province,despite the fact that the construction of infrastructure has been much improved,rural industries hit a bottleneck,in which some problems emerge,such as the single industrial structure,insufficient extension and integration,lack of regional characteristics.However,the traditional rural planning path can’t effectively address such issues.Therefore,it is important to study the theory and method of integrated development planning of agriculture,culture and tourism to promote the sustainable development of the region.In order to explore the feasible strategies for the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism in the mountainous townships of eastern Zhejiang Province in the form of rural planning and design.I have summarized the basic forms,characteristics and positive significance of the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism based on a thorough understanding of the relevant conceptual theories,the current situation of domestic,foreign research and excellent practical cases.To identify the correlation between the integration of agriculture,culture and tourism and rural planning,a study of the basic theory was conducted to provide reference for the subsequent research,and the specific research results are as follows:1)Analyse the elements of township planning in the mountainous areas of eastern Zhejiang.Based on the general problems existing in present rural industries,three planning disciplines are concluded by listing the affecting factors in natural ecology,industries of culture,tourism and agriculture,extracting some related features and offering corresponding guidelines.2)Summarize the current situation of integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism in the mountainous areas of eas tern Zhejiang.Figuring out the advantages of the development of integrated culture,tourism and agriculture in the east of Zhe Jiang province,compared with other regions.Point out its current common problems.3)Propose a planning strategy for the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism in the mountainous areas of eastern Zhejiang.Summarize the four planning principles,and four planning disciplines offers strategies: Stretch the planning of the products aimed“harvest”,also known as “to integrate fragments”,broadening the usage of products;invent intensively and finely processed products with intension;enrich the types of producing,processing and selling by intensively constructing.Integrate the planning of Industries aimed “industrial integration ”,which is spatial organization wholly plan the layout of industries in towns and villages;combine the scenic spots with culture,producing scenic landscape themed on life,production and ecology;promote the integration by developing tourism,increasing products and activities related with tourism;launch brands and integrate products in culture,tourism and agriculture.plan the systematical insurance aimed “consolidation of production”,including the improvement of transportation system local and outside,the improvement of facility construction of public service,the innovation of rural management and governance system.4)Practice demonstration in Shiliang Town,Tiantai County.The theory is applied into practice,with the case study of Shi Liang Town in Tian Tai County,the planning disciplines and strategies are closely combined and the planning design are to be practically and specifically carried out,under which the development and revitalization of Shi Liang Town are greatly promoted,at the same time the scientificalness and feasibility of theoretical results are proved.Finally,it is expected to provide ideas and methodological reference for the integrated development of agriculture,culture and tourism in the mountainous areas of eastern Zhejiang,and to provide in-depth research in this direction in the future,as well as theoretical reference and practical s ignificance for the planning and design of different regions in Zhejiang Province.
