The Influence Of Self Sacrificing Leadership On Employees’ Craftsman Behavior In HN Company

In 2021,the Party Central Committee officially incorporated the spirit of craftsmanship into the great spirit of the Chinese Communists’ spiritual pedigree.Gene With the call of The Times,it has become a hot trend to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship and practice craftsman behavior,and it has become an inexhaustible driving force for innovation and development in all industries.However,previous studies on craftsman behavior are limited to technological and innovative enterprises,and little attention has been paid to the research on the craftsman behavior of employees in the communication industry,which is related to people’s livelihood and national security.How to stimulate the craftsman behavior of employees in the communication industry to the greatest extent? From what Angle? Many questions remain unanswered.Research integrated social recognition and learning theory,combined with literature review and case studies,explores the forming mechanism of HN Company employees craftsman behavior,and then through the preliminary survey of employees of HN Company(hereinafter referred to as "Henan Mobile")(N = 58),a formal investigation(N = 333)verify the employees craftsman behavior formation mechanism,the following conclusions: Selfsacrifice leadership positively affects the craftsman behavior of employees in HN Company;Organizational identity plays a mediating role in the positive influence of self-sacrificial leadership on employee craftsman behavior in HN Company.Subordinate tacit understanding positively moderates the mediating effect of organizational identity between self-sacrificing leadership and employee craftsman behavior in HN Company.The research reveals that self-sacrificing leadership,organizational identity and subordinate tacit understanding can activate and improve the craftsman behavior of employees in HN Company,enrich the practical exploration and connotation of China’s "craftsman spirit" in the communication industry,and provide practical ideas and strategies of human resource management for the communication country and the strategic technological highland.It also makes a marginal contribution to the connotation and application of social learning theory and identity theory.
