Research On The Relationship Among Entrepreneurial Bricolage,Entrepreneurial Learning And Business Model Innovation

With the construction of the national demonstration base for mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation and entrepreneurship are gradually promoted to a wider scope and deeper level,showing the development trend of internationalization of innovation and entrepreneurship.The business model innovation,as the innovation model of enterprises’ sustainable development,has also become a responsive competitive advantage.At the same time,due to the lack of social status and organizational network in the establishment stage,if enterprises can quickly seize the existing resources and piece together,it is a favorable choice to solve the problems of resource constraints.Entrepreneurial bricolage theory advocates the creative integration of fragmentary resources to achieve the goal of resource endowment and resource remodeling,so that enterprises can have the possibility of business model innovation as soon as possible.Entrepreneurial learning helps entrepreneurs break through their own thinking constraints,bring new cognition to the organization,constantly tap the potential of existing resources,and build novel business models.However,through literature review and practical research,it is found that the mining of the characteristics of the innovation patchwork activities and the influence on the innovation and development of enterprise business model are not sufficient.In this case,how to carry out entrepreneurial patchwork activities to shape entrepreneurial learning behavior and thus promote the innovation and improvement of business model has become the core topic to be discussed in the current theoretical circle and enterprise innovation and entrepreneurship development practice.This study is based on entrepreneurial patchwork theory and innovation theory,Taking entrepreneurship as a starting point,With entrepreneurial learning as the entry point,Focusing on the basic proposition of "how enterprises can promote business model innovation through entrepreneurial patchwork selection".On the basis of sorting out the domestic and foreign literature,A review of the relevant studies was conducted,the theoretical framework of "entrepreneurial bricolage-entrepreneurial learning-business model innovation" is constructed,The data obtained from the questionnaire were processed using SPSS 24.0 software and AMOS 24.0 software,Tted the impact of entrepreneurial patchwork on enterprise business model innovation,Through empirical research,it is found that:(1)investment patchwork,customer patchwork and system patchwork all show a positive relationship to business model innovation.Different analysis of enterprises’ own development system under different forms of entrepreneurial patchwork trigger their different choices of resource utilization and combination.However,no matter what the patchwork model is based on,they aim to use resource aggregation effect to promote lean entrepreneurship,so as to realize rapid innovation of business model.(2)Investment patchwork,customer patchwork and institutional patchwork effectively promote the exploratory and utilized entrepreneurial learning behaviors of entrepreneurial enterprises.Start-up enterprises expand the resource stock based on the idea of pooling together,and expand the entrepreneurs’ ability to develop the resource value by improving the resource utilization rate,so as to derive different learning behaviors.(3)Entrepreneurship patchwork acts on business model innovation by influencing the learning process of entrepreneurship.Specific path for,investment patchwork,customer patchwork,system pieced together different patchwork model can directly affect the business model innovation,or entrepreneurial pieced together on the influence of business model can with the help of exploratory entrepreneurial learning and use entrepreneurial learning intermediary to achieve,two path together constitute the entrepreneurial patchwork mechanism of business model innovation.
