Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed vigorously and its international influence has become stronger and stronger.China’s industrialization process has also achieved remarkable results.The industrial industry has become the leading industry in the national economy.However,such rapid economic development has also become the main reason for the deterioration of ecological problems.The acceleration of industrialization and urbanization will inevitably be accompanied by the increasing pressure of resource consumption and environment.In turn,the dual pressure of energy and environment will also restrict the sustainable development of national economy,The traditional mode of economic development at the expense of resources and environment needs to be changed urgently.At present,the digital intelligence development of industry is advancing at a faster pace,which plays an important role in the high-quality development of China’s economy.In the new situation,it is very important to study how to promote industrial green transformation faster and better through industrial digital intelligence.Combined with the development status of industrial digital intelligence and industrial green transformation,based on the panel data of 35 industrial industries in China from 2002 to2019,this paper first expounds the theoretical mechanism of industrial digital intelligence promoting industrial green transformation,and further discusses the action mechanism of industrial digital intelligence on industrial green transformation.Secondly,using the input data in the input-output table,the digital intelligence level of each industrial industry is calculated by using the sustainable inventory method,and the industrial green transformation efficiency is calculated by using the SBM model.Thirdly,a panel model is constructed based on the mechanism analysis and measurement results for regression analysis.In order to solve the problem of endogenous and robustness,the robustness of the empirical results is tested by adding the lag of the core explanatory variables into the model,shortening the sample time span,replacing the measurement methods of the core explanatory variables and the explained variables,and shrinking the tail of the samples,The results show that industrial digital intelligence plays a significant role in promoting industrial green transformation,and has nonlinear characteristics,that is,when the level of digital intelligence exceeds a certain point,the role in promoting industrial green transformation increases exponentially;In addition,industry scale and ownership structure also have different effects on its promotion.The larger the industry scale and the lower the proportion of nationalization,the more obvious the promotion of industrial digital intelligence level on green transformation;Industrial digital intelligence can also have an impact on industrial green transformation through environmental regulation,energy structure,production efficiency and human capital.Finally,based on the research results,this paper gives relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to better promote industrial green transformation through industrial digital intelligence.
