With the implementation of the "reform and opening-up" policy for forty years,China has experienced a booming development of industry, which provides a founda-tion for peaceful rise. However, the non-effective development of economy has led to serious environmental issues, overcapacity and mismatch between supply and demand.Under the background of the "New Normal" economy and structural slowdown in China, rising cost of labor, land and other production factors further weakens the industrial profitability.Academia, media and civil society begin to regard industry as an inferior or useless sector.Especially in the current critical period of technological revolution and the third industrial revolution, how to investigate the current stage of China's industrial development is a subject that needs to be studied urgently, which is of important realistic meaning.Based on the analysis of China's industry sector, this paper chooses, green economy" as the research perspective, takes "transformation and upgrading" as the key words, judges the development of Chinese industry, and explores the green transition path of Chinese industry. Then, from the perspective of international comparison, this study analyzes the mechanism and possible influence of de-industrialization of developed countries, and explores the current China de-industrialization problem by building a Marxism economic theory framework of de-industrialization.Finally,this paper analyzes the constraints faced by China's industrial green transformation and proposes countermeasures to promote industrial green transformation and economic green development. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the problem of China's industrial development stems from structural imbalance;(2)China's industry is still at a low stage of development from a green economy perspective;(3)financial development and environmental regulation are important ways to influence the green transformation of industry;(4)the response to China's "de-industrialization" is to promote China's industry into a "upgrading and green" transformation. In conclusion, this paper follows the structure of "propose questions-theoretical analysis-empirical research-international Comparison-Suggestions",and combines economic theory with the fact of industrial development in China. Finally,we put forward policy suggestions to promote industrial green transformation.
