Research On The Development Of The Wudalianchi Health And Wellness Tourism Characteristic Town

In 2016,after two years of characteristic town proposed by Zhejiang Province,characteristic town began to be established and constructed nationwide.In 2017,the general office of the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province introduced politics to enhance the guidance of characteristic town’s establishment and construction.As a member of characteristic town in Heilongjiang Province,Wudalianchi characteristic town made some progress in recent years,but it lags far behind Zhejiang Province and some other developed provinces.Wudalianchi characteristic town exists some development problems.In new era,with the improvement of people’s living standards,especially for the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation,the society began to pay attention on health living unprecedentedly,in this condition,Wudalianchi characteristic town encounters new development opportunities.Therefore,based on the actual situation of Wudalianchi characteristic town,exerting the local resource advantages,this thesis focuses on researching to formulate development project and its safeguard measures from the perspective of characteristic town and that makes practical significance and academic value for promoting local high-quality development.This thesis is established in Wudalianchi characteristic town’s actual situation,clarifies concept connotation of characteristic town and health care tourism,generalizes and summarizes the status of Wudalianchi characteristic town’s development,analyses the problems of Wudalianchi characteristic town’s development including not independent administrative identification,small scale of economy and industry,weak ability of brand operating,low development level of health care tourism industry,and indicates their causing reasons of big difficulty to apply for setting up an independent country,lacking of professional talents,low level of infrastructure configuration and technology,weak ability of brand operating and lacking of brand cultural sustainment and many factors restricting the development of health care tourism industry by means of literature research,field survey research,and live interview method.On this basis,this thesis analyses the development environment of Wudalianchi characteristic town by using PEST-SWOT model,and utilizing External Factor Evaluation Matrix to analyse the external development environment by the method of quantitative analysis.On the basis of full investigations and analysis,this thesis defines philosophy,objective and train of thought of development project design,formulates SO development projects which is more suitably chosen for Wudalianchi characteristic town.Additionally,this thesis establishes development projects’ implement safeguard measures.
