In recent years,with the increasing improvement of internal and external environment,the speed of development of Chinese finance industry has been accelerated,and the social financial demand has been promoted rapidly.With the deepening of the opening degree of the domestic financial market and the continuous integration of various financial businesses,the traditional financial industry,especially the state-owned commercial banks,is facing increasing market challenges.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects:first,the competition between state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks is intensified;second,the competition between domestic banks and foreign banks is intensified;third,the competition between traditional banks and Internet financial enterprises is intensified.Under the current situation,excellent financial talents,especially young talents,flow frequently,the competition for talents among financial institutions intensifies,and the banking industry has an increasingly high demand for talents.Therefore,a set of employee training system with reasonable structure,complete elements and sound process is of great importance.In order to adapt to the rapid development and changing industry competition and market demand,it is an important task to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises to study the optimization measures of the bank staff training system,establish a strategic,systematic and differentiated training system,and strengthen the construction of high-quality market-oriented talent team.JN Branch of C Bank has been paying more attention to staff training in recent years,and the training system has been gradually improved,but there are still some deficiencies.Through questionnaires,interviews with employees and other methods,it is found that JN Branch of C Bank has some problems,such as lack of overall strategic planning,unreasonable establishment of training management institutions,imperfect training organization system,uneven distribution of training resources,lack of in-depth evaluation of staff training needs,and lack of training teachers.The above problems seriously affect the effect of training,and employees can not improve their ability through training,which is not conducive to talent development and reserve.By focusing on the training management system of JN Branch of C Bank,this paper intends to analyze the existing problems in the original training strategic planning,training organization,training process,training resources and other aspects and the causes of the problems.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the guiding ideology of optimizing and improving the staff training system and five principles of strategic,systematic,differentiated,dynamic adjustment and incentive,and puts forward targeted optimization measures from the aspects of training process system,training resource system and training organization system,and puts forward safeguard measures for program implementation.This paper discusses how to perfect a comprehensive and whole process training system,establish a long-term mechanism to convert knowledge into value,accelerate personnel training and development and make training become the focus of promoting the value creation ability and core competitiveness of banks.At the same time,I also hope to provide reference ideas for the design and improvement of the training system of other state-owned commercial banks,and contribute my own strength to the research of enterprise training.
