The Research On Enterprise Value Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of GJ Company

Liquor enterprises are an important part of China’s large-scale food processing enterprises,one of the important sources of our national tax revenue,and play a great role in promoting the growth of our national economy.Liquor enterprises are focused by investors because of their high gross profit rate,high net profit rate and the characteristics that the longer the storage time,the higher the value of their products.In 2020,the market value of the entire liquor sector increased by more than two times.Although the market value of GJ company also maintained a high growth,its operating income and net profit were both negative growth.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to calculate the enterprise value of GJ company by using the enterprise value assessment.This thesis takes GJ company as the research object,adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis with case analysis,first explains the relevant concepts and theories of enterprise value evaluation,then introduces the basic situation of GJ company,and then uses the EVA two-stage evaluation model.On this basis,it evaluates the enterprise value evaluation results of GJ company on December 31,2020,so as to evaluate its internal value,and makes a comparative analysis with the stock price,Finally,the key driving factors of enterprise value are obtained through sensitivity analysis,and the promotion countermeasures are constructed.Study found that GJ market value growth one of the reasons is the company’s stock fund company a large number of buyers,the liquor plate because of its high gross profit margin,net interest rates to attract investment,so the company even if GJ falling profits still favored by investors,but the recent liquor plate overall table,a large number of investors to sell their shares,GJ company stock market value,It also indicates that the enterprise value was overvalued on December 31,2020,and the enterprise value also returned to the normal level.Based on this,this paper proposes the following measures to improve the value of GJ Company by sensitivity analysis:First,expand annual raw pulp capacity and expand online sales channels to improve the operating income of the company;Secondly,the establishment of a shared database to strengthen the relationship between itself and suppliers,the implementation of fine cost management to reduce enterprise operating costs;Finally,broaden financing channels and optimize the company’s capital structure and management ability.
