In twenty-first century, as the ceaseless progress of science and technology,manufacturing enterprises are facing the increasingly fierce competition. At the sametime, the homogeneity phenomenon among products is more and more serious. Inorder to find new source of profit, the enterprise will see the service as the extensionof the product, which become the important field to attract customer. This situationalso complies with the trend of diversification and individuation of customer demand.Through services, the manufacturing enterprises can attract customers and to improvethe competitiveness of enterprises, which enterprises become new profit source.In this paper, there are some gaps in the study about that manufacturingenterprises enhance the competitiveness by service enhancement which leads to thisresearch topic. The paper adopts the combination of quantitative analysis andqualitative analysis, which helps us obtain the evaluation model of manufacturingenterprise competitiveness. The model can provide the basis to enhance thecompetitiveness of enterprises.The center portion of the paper, we can analysis the value chain service orientedmanufacturing enterprise's competitiveness by three aspects, including the consumerservice force, production service force and service productivity. Through the analysisof these three aspects we can obtain manufacturing enterprises competitivenessevaluation and analysis index system.At the last, the paper complicate the hierarchical analysis method and graycorrelation analysis method, which give the service-oriented manufacturingenterprises competitiveness evaluation model, and as three manufacturing enterprisesas the example for empirical analysis, in order to verify the feasibility of the modeland reliability.
