The paper studies human resource management of highway enterprise in major. The aim is to improve economic profits and effect upon society of highway enterprise through scientific human resource management.First, the paper introduces the building and development of highway enterprise. The time when highway enterprise set up is shot, so highway enterprise is scarcity of scientific human resource management.Performance management is an important link to human resource management of highway enterprise. Basis on balanced scorecard, the paper designs suitable performance management table for highway enterprise combining the character of industry and business.Highway enterprise needs a better and fair salary system. The paper not only discusses the staff salary situation of different work surrounding, but also high-level management staff.
