Research On The Optimization Of Financial Management Process Of H City Social Security Bureau Based On The Human Resources And Social Security Cloud Platfor

As the role of information technology in promoting management efficiency and application convenience has become increasingly evident,the promotion of the human society cloud platform and the optimisation of financial management processes has become one of the important symbols of social security "decentralisation,management and service",with the aim of "decentralising vitality,managing fairness and serving efficiency".However,in recent years,industrial restructuring and population migration and mobility in foreign countries have become increasingly complex,diversified and flexible,resulting in the financial management processes of the HSS cloud platform,such as forecasting,decision-making,planning,controlling,analysing and checking,not adapting to them,resulting in poor information communication and under-utilisation of functions.New problems have emerged that are difficult to adapt to,including deviations in budget preparation and execution,and problems with information control and resource sharing to be improved,resulting in inefficient processes.How to solve these contradictions in platform management supply and demand has become the new focus of the current human society cloud platform management in H.The optimisation of the financial management process in the human society cloud of the HSSB is important for enhancing efficient services,improving the service image and setting an exemplary service.Based on the Human Society Cloud Platform as the entry point,this paper relies on the actual situation of the financial management process of H City Social Security Bureau,applies theories of information technology,new public service theory and internal control theory,adopts literature research method,case study method and field investigation method to study the problems and causes of the financial management process of H City Social Security Bureau,and forms an optimisation plan through comparison and generalisation.The study found that problems existed in three aspects of financial management of H City Social Security Bureau: budget preparation and execution,bill audit and evaluation and supervision,and information control and resource sharing.The reasons for this were that financial process optimisation was neglected in the construction process,the concept of financial process optimisation was missing,and the construction of financial information technology was not perfect.In this paper,the three aspects of financial strategy process,financial operation process and financial guarantee process are used to strengthen the optimization of various business operation processes of H City Social Security Bureau and enhance the service efficiency of the financial management of the Social Security Bureau,so as to provide new ideas for other organizations to optimize their financial management processes.
