| Under the background of China’s rapid economic growth,the yearning of community residents for a better life leads to dissatisfaction with the old way of community management.However,the emergence of smart community solves the problem.For the past several years,with the rapid development of information technology in China,the arrival of 5G era has pushed the construction of smart community to a new stage.The smart community is equipped with high-tech information technology.In the construction process,there are high technical requirements,many implementation difficulties,large capital investment and long capital return cycle.Therefore,there are many risks in smart community project.The paper studies the risk management of Y company’s Smart Community Platform Project.Firstly,it analyzed the problems encountered by enterprises in risk management,and put forward the deficiencies and root causes of risk management of Y company.Secondly,after analyzing WBS,it used a series of methods,including Delphi method,risk checklist and brainstorming method,to recognize the project risk.Then,it analyzed the risk factors and quantitatively evaluate the risk factors by Fuzzy Analytic Hierachy Process(FAHP).Finally,it summed up the evaluation results,and put forward the dealing measure for the key risk factors from the characteristics of the project and risk,so as to provide theoretical supported for the risk management of Y company.In the research process,various methods were used to identify the potential risk factors of the project,and the risk assessment method suitable for the Smart Community Platform Project was selected according to the risk and the characteristics of the project.The data analysis process and conclusion have strong objectivity. |
