| With the continuous development of five key tasks,the real estate enterprises constantly innovate their management methods and strive to realize sustainable development.For the real estate enterprises where capital is king,ensuring the smooth circulation of capital chain is the basis for maintaining all production and operation of enterprises.In recent years,in the face of policy tightening and repeated epidemic,the real estate industry has been hit hard,because of the capital chain problems into the impasse of countless enterprises,the key to break the key is to actively explore to adapt to the current environment of the business model,to help housing enterprises achieve stable performance and sufficient cash flow.So,how should real estate enterprises overcome the risk of capital chain,explore a new mode of stability,and achieve the goal of sustainable development?Based on this,this paper takes CFLD enterprises as the research object,based on risk management theory,capital circulation theory and other theories.Through comparative analysis,the financial data of CFLD from 2017 to 2021 are used to quantitatively identify capital chain risks based on various enterprise indicators.It is found that enterprises currently have problems such as rising financing costs,weakening investment benefits,and difficulties in collecting funds.The capital chain is under constant pressure,showing typical capital chain risk characteristics.And through the case analysis method,respectively,from capital financing,investment,three stages of CFLD causes an analysis of the risk of capital chain,hope CFLD can improve the ability of decision-making,and optimize its own developmental PPP mode,clear responsibility sharing,promote efficiency of capital turnover,promote enterprise capital chain steady flow,also provide a reference for other related enterprise. |
