Research On Evolutionary Game And Income Distribution Of Rural Logistics Terminal Distribution Enterprises

Under the strategic support of the state and the government for Rural Revitalization and the process of urbanization,in addition to postal and express delivery,passenger transport and other departments also actively participate in the construction of rural logistics,realizing the development of rural logistics.At present,100%of the villages in China have direct postal services,and 100%of the villages and towns have established post offices.Postal express has become an important industry to promote rural development.However,there are still some problems in rural express delivery,such as imperfect infrastructure,immature distribution system,chaotic charging standards and independent distribution enterprises.In view of the above problems,in recent years,rural end express,postal and other enterprises have continuously increased relevant investment,and the state has successively issued a series of policies to vigorously promote the revitalization of rural areas and the construction of modern circulation system.The state promotes the organic combination of rural end sector resources,promotes the efficient development of rural logistics by sharing infrastructure,postal routes and other resources,solves the problem of nonstandard distribution in rural areas,and deals with the problems of distribution enterprises operating separately,so as to improve the efficiency of rural logistics.According to the current problems and development of rural logistics,the paper studies the evolutionary game of cooperative distribution of rural logistics end enterprises,discusses the impact of factors such as cost and income on the game results,and then studies the problem of income distribution and explores the appropriate income sub formula,so as to promote the cooperation of rural end distribution enterprises.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Investigate the research status of rural end-of-life distribution,summarize the cooperation mode and pilot situation that have been carried out in China,study the advantages and disadvantages of existing end-oflife distribution main enterprises,and summarize the literature research on end-of-life distribution,evolutionary game and income distribution.(2)The paper puts forward the cooperative game model between rural end enterprises,and analyzes the factors affecting the realization of rural express end distribution.Firstly,take the postal and express enterprises as the research subjects,build the evolutionary game model of both sides,then analyze the stability of the evolutionary game model,then consider the influence of the government on the game,introduce the government incentive,that is,give certain subsidies for cooperation,give certain punishment for non cooperation,analyze the game results,and finally join the main passenger transport enterprises to discuss the evolutionary game strategy with the three parties as the main body,Matlab is used to simulate and analyze the influence of initial willingness,initial cost and additional income on the dynamic evolution process.(3)By studying the principles and influencing factors of income distribution,an appropriate income distribution scheme is formulated.Firstly,consider the income distribution of the two parties,establish the income distribution model with express and post as the main body,and then add the passenger transport main body to establish the income distribution model with the participation of the three parties.Analyze the maximum profits of the whole system and the partners through numerical simulation,discuss the results,and select the income distribution scheme that meets the requirements.Based on the current situation of rural logistics development,this paper puts forward the evolutionary game model of rural terminal distribution,and analyzes the factors affecting the evolution results.Comprehensively affect the elements of income distribution,build a more practical income distribution model,output the model results through numerical simulation,discuss the results,and select the scheme that meets the requirements.Finally,based on the summary and induction of the article and the reality,the paper puts forward the implementation scheme and development suggestions of the practical application of rural distribution,so as to promote the implementation of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy and the development of rural end-of-line distribution.
