Game-based Design And Countermeasure Research On The Mode Of Terminal Joint Distribution Of Express

With the rapid development of the express industry,express terminal distribution has gradually become an important link of people’s livelihood protection.However,due to the characteristics of small batch,multi batch and high frequency of express terminal distribution,the efficiency and benefit of terminal distribution are low,and gradually there are some problems,such as the decline of service quality,the occupation of urban resources,the reduction of employees’ salary and treatment and so on.This paper constructs the express terminal joint distribution mode to improve the efficiency of terminal distribution,However,there are some problems in the process of promoting the express terminal joint distribution mode,such as the lack of external guidance planning,low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate,there is great difficulty in the integration of express terminals,which restrict the further development of the express terminal joint distribution.Based on the above problems,this paper designs the express end joint distribution mode participated by express enterprises,terminal joint distribution enterprises and the government,and discusses the rationality of the mode operation by constructing a static game model,which provides theoretical support for the end joint distribution cooperation of express enterprises.The main work is as follows:(1)This paper systematically summarizes and studies the current situation of express terminal distribution,the relevant theories in the field of joint distribution,the necessity of implementing express terminal joint distribution and the difficulties existing in the promotion process.Based on the above research,this paper constructs the express terminal joint distribution mode,analyzes the motivation of express enterprises participating in terminal joint distribution,and combs the relationship between various stakeholders and the influencing factors of terminal joint distribution mode.(2)Based on the stakeholder analysis in the model design,this paper constructs the static game model of express terminal joint distribution with the participation of express enterprises,terminal joint distribution enterprises and the government,designs the payment matrix related to each participant,obtains the Nash equilibrium solution of the game model by solving the matrix,and finally promotes the achievement of the ideal state of express terminal joint distribution cooperation by intervening in the Nash equilibrium state.(3)Taking an outer suburb area F in Beijing as an example for empirical analysis,the parameters in the static game model are assigned according to the survey data,the rationality of the initial investment is verified based on the interest balance conditions of all participants,and the parameter sensitivity analysis is carried out by using MATLAB software.Then,the internal and external intervention of the game is used to promote the joint distribution and cooperation of express terminals in area F to achieve the ideal state.Finally,combined with the game results,Sort out the future development direction of express terminal joint distribution cooperation and give corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
