Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Operating Capital Management From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

The role of working capital in the enterprise is like the blood vessels and veins in the human body.It runs through the whole enterprise and connects all links,which can directly determine the survival of the enterprise.Working capital management refers to the management of current assets and current liabilities of enterprises.It is a focus that cannot be ignored in financial management and the key for enterprises to maintain normal operation.When making decisions,enterprises should not only consider themselves,which is easy to cause the short-sighted behavior of enterprises.When managing the working capital of enterprises,they should also pay attention to the coordination and development of the whole supply chain.With the development of the economy,people’s disposable income has increased,health awareness has increased,life expectancy has expanded,and the aging of the population has increased,all of which have promoted the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.At the same time,the state has also promulgated many policies to promote domestic health construction,such as "drug zero bonus" and "two-vote system",which also poses greater challenges to the operation and management level of pharmaceutical enterprises.With the improvement of the people’s overall awareness of healthy water,the status of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises has gradually become prominent,and during the epidemic,traditional Chinese medicine has also played a prominent role."three drugs and three prescriptions" have been included in the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment plan,which makes traditional Chinese medicine have a higher status in the hearts of the people.Therefore,this paper selects Yunnan Baiyao,a leading enterprise in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,as a case to study the performance evaluation of working capital management of enterprises from the perspective of supply chain.This paper first introduces the relevant general situation of Yunnan Baiyao,and then analyzes the asset structure and financial indicators of Yunnan Baiyao.In the financial analysis of enterprises,this paper introduces the perspective of factors and channels,which is more suitable for supply chain management.It uses the analysis method of comparative analysis of the same industry,which can more intuitively see the problems of enterprises,and can also more conveniently compare the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises and their status level in the industry.At the same time,the entropy method is added to the performance evaluation of enterprises.This paper finds and sorts out the relevant indicators and data of 63 enterprises in the industry,and uses the entropy method to process and calculate them.The performance evaluation of working capital using the entropy method is more objective than the traditional performance evaluation.By calculating and empowering each indicator,it is concluded that the importance and impact of different indicators on enterprise performance evaluation are different.Finally,according to the analysis of Yunnan Baiyao,it puts forward its possible problems in the management of working capital and puts forward countermeasures.
