Performance Evaluation Of Working Capital Management In Home Appliance Industry From The Perspective Of Supply Chain

Along with our country economy and the integration of the world economy development,the enterprise of the growing importance of working capital management,scientific and reasonable level of working capital can not only ensure enterprise debt paying ability and financing ability,but also can speed up the enterprise capital turnover,enhance the level of enterprise credit and working capital management efficiency directly affect the company's working capital movements and the company overall business performance.In recent years,China's home appliance industry output value of steady growth,the radiation effect is also gradually enhanced,for the development of the national economy healthy,stable,orderly made an important contribution,has become one of the pillar industry is closely related to the people life,however,at present our country home appliance industry the most enterprises working capital management performance level is generally low.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical research and practical application results of domestic and foreign scholars on working capital management,this paper takes the listed companies in China's home appliance industry as the research object and conducts a quantitative evaluation on the working capital management performance of the home appliance industry from the perspective of supply chain management.Firstly,the paper analyzes the influence mechanism of supply chain management concept on working capital management performance,and finds that strategic supplier relationship,lean production and strategic customer relationship can improve working capital management performance of purchasing channel,production channel and marketing channel.Then,according to the scientific applicability principle,simple accessibility principle,cost-effectiveness principle and comprehensive principle,the performance evaluation index system of household appliance industry's working capital management is constructed from three dimensions of liquidity,risk and coordination based on the actual situation of household appliance industry's working capital management.Thirdly,due to the large sample size selected in this study,it is difficult to collect data.Therefore,this paper selects the 2017 cross-section data here,adopts the entropy method and Boston matrix analysis theory to conduct an overall analysis on the working capital management performance of the household appliance industry.The analysis resultsshow that the performance level of working capital management in haier group of Qingdao is ahead in the industry,different enterprise working capital management performance level difference is bigger,the star enterprise and two types of household appliances enterprises such as Taurus enterprise working capital management performance is good,young child class in purchasing channels need to strengthen enterprise management,lean dogs enterprises need to pay attention to the management mode of production channels and sales channels.Then,taking Qingdao haier as a typical case,relevant data from 2013 to 2017 were collected from three aspects,including procurement channel,production channel and marketing channel,to conduct dynamic evaluation and analysis on the operating fund management performance of different channels of Qingdao haier group.Finally,combined the performance management of working capital level measuring appliance industry as a result,the paper respectively from procurement channels,production and marketing channel three aspects put forward to promote our country home appliance industry of working capital management performance improvement strategy,and aims at Qingdao Haier the deficiency of the existing management mode put forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions.
