Housing accumulation fund system is a financial institution with preferential policy in our country.The purpose of housing accumulation fund is to decrease the cost of housing while provide employees who possess housing accumulation fund with the ability of purchasing.Meanwhile,it also accelerates the development of real estate market,making significant contribution to economics.Housing accumulation fund management center provide operational support for related business,whose main function is to provide low interest loans.However,the center is not a financial institution,because its ability of credit risk management is weak and it does not possess the impeccable system of credit risk prevention and risk management.Once the risk occurs,it will cause damage spontaneously and directly affect the profits of the entire employees who purchase housing accumulation fund.Therefore,the study of housing accumulation fund loan credit risk management is imperative.The classification of financial risk of housing accumulation fund is slightly different from that of the traditional commercial bank loans,because of the variety of loan risk and the specialty of hosing accumulation fund.Based on the principle of detailed and practical,this paper will proceed from objective realities of the study object and research for L city housing accumulation fund loan credit risk deeply.Firstly,this paper complies with the credit risk management theory.Based on the collection and investigation of service data and materials of L city housing accumulation fund management center,this paper combines with the loans process to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the credit risk management.Secondly the credit risk point of housing accumulation fund loans in L city is further identified through loan data,loan process and game theory.Then,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the effects of credit risk of provident fund loans,use the Logistic regression model to identify the significant influencing factors of credit risk of provident fund loans,and quantitatively evaluate the credit risk.Finally,based on the credit risk identification and evaluation of the housing provident fund loan,propose the credit risk control approaches of L city housing provident fund loan.
