| Under national policies,the market economy is thriving and developing,internet technology is iteratively updated,and the retail industry is also developing rapidly.Today,the competition in the retail industry has entered a white hot stage,while the management of working capital of traditional chain retail enterprises is facing many problems,such as the lack of scientific prediction of inventory,capital precipitation in circulation,poor communication between upstream and downstream information,etc.In the face of fierce competition,enterprises need to use updated theories and methods to achieve transformation.In order to achieve normal operation,chain retail enterprises need to ensure smooth flow of capital,and the flow of working capital of enterprises will be affected by the upstream and downstream departments of the supply chain.At present,the theory of supply chain management is becoming mature in China.Chain retail enterprises can use the theory of supply chain management to help the development of enterprise working capital management and solve enterprise operation problems.Enterprises can conduct a comprehensive analysis of the external effects generated by each link in the supply chain,and effectively use the favorable factors in each link,so that each link in the supply chain can achieve the optimal effect,thus constantly improving the enterprise’s working capital management.Therefore,based on the research on working capital management from the perspective of supply chain,this paper takes Jiajiayue,a chain retail supermarket,as the research object,and conducts a comprehensive analysis of its working capital management.First,it briefly describes the industry and enterprise profile,then analyzes the current situation of Jiajiayue’s working capital management,puts Jiajiayue in the industry,and comprehensively evaluates its working capital management ability.This paper selects the financial data of the past five years,and finds that there are still many problems in the management of working capital in the process of realizing the growth of operating income through horizontal and vertical analysis.Finally,it puts forward optimization suggestions according to the problems.Through research,this paper draws the following conclusions: Jiajiayue upstream suppliers are scattered,and the turnover period of working capital in the procurement link is long;The logistics delivery efficiency of the midstream warehouse logistics link is low,the inventory turnover period is long,and the inventory backlog is serious;The downstream failed to grasp consumer demand,and the sales link delayed the turnover of working capital.This paper believes that Jiajiayue can improve its working capital management ability from the supply chain procurement link,warehousing logistics link and sales link.It is suggested that enterprises improve the relationship with suppliers,do a good job in product quality monitoring,improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics distribution,improve the warehousing system to reduce inventory backlog,and use big data to grasp consumer demand and optimize accounts receivable management.It is hoped that the research on Jiajiayue can improve its working capital management level,help Jiajiayue,and bring certain reference significance to other chain retail enterprises to improve their working capital management ability. |
