The Research On Working Capital Management Improvement Of S Retail Company Based On Supply Chain

Working capital is the most liquid asset of the enterprise,also known as "the blood of the enterprise".The level of working capital management directly affects the sustainable development of enterprises,the direct contact with consumers in terms of the importance of retail enterprises is self-evident.In the context of the continuous development of the Internet,electric business enterprises continue to seize the traditional retail market share.How to use the working capital management to find a new force point,how to improve the efficiency of capital management,reduce costs,is the current traditional retail enterprises to solve the problem.At present,the theory of supply chain management and retail management of the combination of theoretical research is relatively small;but the actual use of many retail enterprises gradually began to pay attention to supply chain management.Based on the above background,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions on the relationship between the supply chain theory and the retail enterprise's working capital management,based on the cooperative perspective,from the retail enterprises and the upstream(supplier),downstream(customer)relations,etc.,to improve the retail enterprise working capital Management has some reference value.This paper mainly uses the literature research method and case analysis method to analyze the case.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of this paper are introduced.Secondly,it provides the literature review and theoretical elaboration of supply chain management and working capital management,which lays the theoretical foundation for this paper.Then,after the investigation and obtain the relevant information,the S retail enterprise as the case,from the working capital project composition and management performance,etc.,analysis of S retail enterprise working capital management has the following problems: supply chain theory has not yet established,inventory Turnover rate decreased significantly,the management of lucrative payable,poor information flow,and upstream and downstream relationship management has yet to be strengthened and so on.(1)Optimize the working capital structure of the enterprise through supply chain integration;(2)Optimize the purchasing mode and improve the inventory management method.Based on the supply chain theory,(4)from the emphasis on supplier management,providing platform to support the two direct sales of suppliers to strengthen the working capital management between the upstream suppliers and management of the supply chain management;(3)to build information sharing mechanism to achieve the smooth flow of information on the supply chain;(5)from the emphasis on maintaining the Group of customers,optimize the management of accounts receivable,with the electricity business platform to expand the source of two aspects and strengthen the management of working capital between the downstream customers.Finally,it gives the problems that should be paid attention to in the practice of supply chain management of retail enterprises under the guidance of supply chain.It is of practical significance to introduce the theory of supply chain into the management of working capital and to ensure the security of funds and realize the whole value-added and enhance the management level of the working capital.
