Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of SH Company Based On DEA Model

Rare earth resources are one of China’s important strategic resources and have an irreplaceable role in China’s economic development.Due to the limited rare earth resources in China,rare earths play an important role in the high-tech field,so it is particularly important to achieve efficient utilization of rare earth resources in China.As a major country in rare earth resources,China has not fully utilized rare earth resources,resulting in serious resource waste,primary overcapacity,vicious competition,and insufficient development of high-end products,as well as serious environmental pollution.As a result,the status of rare earth in China’s strategic resources has not yet been fully realized.Compared with other enterprises,an assessment of the financial performance of the SH company has had a long development period and the food system is relatively developed.Therefore,I hope that by examining the problems that exist in the work on the evaluation of the SH Financial Executive Directorates,it will provide educational support to improve the project on the evaluation of its Financial Executive Directorates and also provide a benchmark and benchmark for other companies in the industry.The construction of a financial performance evaluation model can provide a clearer understanding of the level of financial performance of enterprises in the rare earth industry,thereby laying a realistic foundation for managers of rare earth enterprises to grasp their operating conditions.It can also provide reliable reference for investors to invest in the context of asymmetric information.his study uses literature,comparative and mathematical analysis to understand the relevant literature on the economic assessment of rare terrestrial enterprises and to carry out an accurate analysis of the financial situation of SH.The study finds that the main problem in the evaluation of the Financial Administrations is that the management process is not sufficiently substantial,the limitations on the evaluation methods of the Financial Administrations,and the selection of evaluation indicators is not scientific enough.The process and indicators for evaluating the financial performance of SH Company based on the DEA method can provide good support for enterprises to improve their financial performance.Based on this,a financial performance evaluation process based on the DEA method is designed,and an empirical study is conducted using the super efficiency DEA model.Empirical research is conducted on the financial performance of SH Company from both vertical and horizontal aspects.Based on the measurement results,corresponding indicator adjustment suggestions are given,and safeguards are proposed to improve the performance evaluation level of SH Company from four perspectives,namely,optimizing the old financial performance management model and implementing the DEA method for financial performance evaluation;ensure investment in the financial management and improve the monitoring and management system with the financial management;Establish a working group and guidance for assessing financial performances and strengthen the training of the Executive Board for assessing the performances;To improve the available information centre for assessing financial performances,it is necessary to set up the financial performance evaluation function module in the current ERP system,establish a file collection system,and develop standardized evaluation instructions to promote the efficiency of performance evaluation.
