Study On The Spatial Spillover Effect Of Rural Tourism On Rural Economic Development In Wuling Mountain Area

Standing at the historical new starting point of "consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting rural revitalization",it is an important path to comprehensively realize rural revitalization and common prosperity of urban and rural areas to continuously develop rural tourism and give full play to its spatial effect.In view of the current imbalance of rural tourism economic development in Wuling Mountain area,this paper takes "improving the economic effect of rural tourism under the background of rural revitalization strategy" as the core topic.According to the geographical imbalance theory,unbalanced development theory,spatial spillovers theory,etc.,with the help of ArcGIS10.39 Statal4.0 and other analysis software,Based on the relevant data of 71 counties in 4 provinces of Wuling Mountain area from 2010 to 2019,the spatial autocorrelation model and spatial Dubin model were established to construct the evaluation system of rural tourism development and the comprehensive evaluation system of rural economic development,and measure the level of rural tourism and rural economic development at different scales,such as overall and regional.This paper describes the global and local spatial correlation characteristics of rural tourism and rural economic development level in each region,analyzes the effect mechanism of rural tourism on rural economic development,and verifies the spatial spillover effect of rural tourism promoting rural economic development.The results show that:1)the agglomeration level of rural tourism and rural economic development in wuling mountain area has been continuously improved in the past ten years,and presents the spatial characteristics of "high in the north and low in the south,local agglomeration";2)Rural tourism in Wuling Mountain area has a positive direct effect on rural economic development,of which the impact on rural facilities is the largest,followed by rural employment,agricultural economic level is the weakest,and the impact of rural investment scale is not significant.;3)There is a positive spatial spillover effect of rural tourism on rural economic development in Wuling Mountain area with strong robustness,but the overall spillover effect is low and unbalanced.The spillover effect is the largest in guizhou and Hunan counties,followed by Hubei province,and not significant in Chongqing counties.Based on the above empirical results,the paper puts forward that the rural tourism economic growth pole should be built and the gradient agglomeration center should be constructed.Attach importance to the linkage effect of rural tourism,strengthen the integration of rural tourism and other rural industries;Break through administrative barriers and strengthen regional rural tourism cooperation;Develop characteristic economy of village according to local conditions,and provide development conditions for innovation and excellence of rural tourism.This article clarify the wuling mountain area rural tourism to drive the mechanism of action of rural economic development,further confirmed the rural tourism spatial spillover effect,this to promote rural economic revitalization has important theoretical and practical significance,and as the wuling mountain area and the similar mountainous rural tourism cooperation and scientific planning to provide practical guidance and reference.
