Pharmaceutical industry has a good future development prospects,will have a profound impact on people’s life safety and health.In today’s society,only the development of enterprises can well meet People’s Daily medical needs to a certain extent.In this way,the enterprise has made certain achievements in the development process,but it is also inevitably faced with many problems,among which the personnel management problem is the most significant.For example,the rationality of performance evaluation cannot be guaranteed during personnel management.All kinds of problems will affect the overall progress and development of medical enterprises to some extent.In order to comprehensively improve the competitiveness of medical enterprises,medical enterprises should take the strategic development goal as the foothold to ensure the systematic and comprehensive construction of personnel performance appraisal system.In this way,the enthusiasm of the staff can be effectively mobilized,and the operating benefits of medical enterprises can be significantly increased,and the progress and development of medical enterprises can be better promoted.In this paper,S pharmaceutical Company is selected as the research object.During the study and analysis of the development status of performance evaluation of this pharmaceutical company,it is mainly carried out from four aspects:evaluation subject,evaluation process,evaluation index and evaluation effect.While basically mastering the understanding degree of enterprise performance evaluation of sales personnel,it has fully understood the incentive content of performance evaluation.Specific interviews were conducted for the management and sales staff of the company,and the main problems existed in the performance evaluation of S Pharmaceutical Company were pointed out.First,the design of the strategic objectives of performance evaluation was not clear and not consistent with the strategic objectives;Second,the evaluation index system design is not scientific;Third,the scope of application of assessment results is narrow.In the optimization research and analysis of the performance evaluation system of the sales team of the company,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are mainly used.Firstly,the steps of performance evaluation and the formulation of enterprise strategic objectives are expounded.Secondly,the appropriate evaluation indicators are selected and the importance of each indicator is judged based on the analytic hierarchy process.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the results of sales team performance evaluation of S Pharmaceutical Company.Finally,in the process of further research,the implementation guarantee of performance management improvement plan of sales team of S Pharmaceutical Company is proposed.First,the company’s senior leaders attach great importance to and promote;Second,the professional technical support of human resource management;Third,the construction of the company’s performance culture,from a number of aspects to verify the performance evaluation indicators,the sales team performance management system implementation of the expected effect including promoting the improvement of the company’s management level,enhance the core competitiveness of the organization and promote the achievement of the company’s strategic goals.The final purpose of this paper is to investigate the effectiveness of the balanced scorecard through practice,and at the same time to provide specific suggestions and guidance for the construction of our performance evaluation system from the perspective of theory and practice.
