Research On The Development Strategy Of LC Industrial Internet Company

Industrial Internet provides a wealth of ways and means for manufacturing enterprises to implement Digital transformation,and also provides important support for the improvement of manufacturing industry and high-quality development of industrial economy.The country attaches great importance to it and promotes the implementation of the national strategy of Industrial Internet innovation and development.Industrial Internet has been written in China’s Report on the Work of the Government for six consecutive years,and the market size of Industrial Internet has also achieved rapid growth in six years,It has become a key supporting force for stabilizing the country’s economy and promoting growth.Firstly,this study analyzed the development status of Industrial Internet in China,analyzed the problems faced by the development of industrial manufacturing enterprises and the requirements for Digital transformation.Through the analysis and research of strategic management theory and Industrial Internet related literature,the basic research framework of this paper was developed.Then,the external environment for the development of LC Industrial Internet Company was analyzed objectively and deeply from multiple dimensions,the external key influencing factors for the development of the enterprise were identified,the macro environment was objectively evaluated using the EFE matrix tool,and the conclusion that the development opportunities of the enterprise were greater than the threats was summarized.A systematic and comprehensive in-depth study and analysis were conducted on the company from multiple aspects such as organizational structure,enterprise resources,and enterprise capabilities.The key internal influencing factors for the development of the company were identified,and the internal environment of the research object enterprise was objectively analyzed and rated using the IFE matrix.The conclusion was drawn that the advantages of the company’s development outweigh the disadvantages.After scientific analysis,this study identified alternative development strategies suitable for LC Industrial Internet,and finally chose the SO growth development strategy,specifically the unique development path with integrated development strategy as the main and intensive development strategy as the auxiliary.It concluded that the company should make full use of its own advantages,seize the development opportunities of the era of Industrial Internet,and actively promote the development of the company’s strategy to a higher goal.This article also proposes relevant measures for the implementation of the company’s development strategy,and formulates safeguard measures from five aspects:organization,talent,technology,funds,and corporate culture.This study is based on the theory of strategic management,combined with the actual development of LC Industrial Internet company,and the research results have a certain guiding role for the development of the company.This study expands the application of enterprise development strategy management theory in the field of industrial Internet and has certain reference significance for the development and strategy formulation of similar enterprises.
