Study On Evaluation And Promotion Of Ningxia Wine Industry Competitiveness

Wine industry is one of the "six new,six excellent and six special" industries,and an important industry for Ningxia’s economic development.Over the years,the Party Committee and the government of the autonomous region have attached great importance to the wine industry in Ningxia.In the international and domestic markets,the popularity and influence gradually increased.Ningxia is China’s first comprehensive pilot zone for the opening and development of the wine industry,China’s wine Geographical Indication protection and construction and development zone.This paper systematically analyzes Ningxia’s wine industry,excavates the competitive advantages of Ningxia’s wine industry,finds out the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Ningxia’s wine industry,and puts forward targeted policy suggestions based on this.It is of positive significance to boost the high quality development of wine industry.The research object of this paper is the wine industry of Ningxia,combining the diamond theory,using the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,to analyze the factors that affect the competitiveness of Ningxia wine industry.The correlation degree of these factors affecting the competitiveness of wine industry was empirically studied by factor analysis.The key factors influencing the wine industry in Ningxia were calculated to provide policy reference for promoting the construction practice of comprehensive pilot area.Based on a comprehensive summary of the development status of Ningxia wine industry by field research method and data retrieval method,based on the diamond model theory,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of Ningxia wine industry competitiveness from five aspects,such as production factors,demand situation,relevant industry support,enterprise strategic structure and industry competition,and government.It believes that in terms of production factors,Ningxia has the best natural endowment and rich brewing technology in wine industry development.In terms of demand,there is huge international and domestic demand.In terms of relevant and industrial support,large and medium-sized enterprises have good industrial foundation.In terms of enterprise strategy and structure,wine enterprises continue to drive industrial upgrading;On the government side,the national,provincial and municipal departments have formulated practical measures for industrial development;In addition,it is also found that there are some disadvantages in the development of wine industry in Ningxia,such as high cost of wine grapes,low economic benefits,and low brand awareness of wine.Twelve indexes were selected from five aspects of production factors,demand,related industry support,enterprise strategy,structure and industry competition,and government to construct Ningxia wine industry competitiveness evaluation index system by using data and models.The factor load matrix was established by using principal component analysis method to conduct empirical research on the contribution degree of influencing factors of Ningxia wine industry competitiveness.The results show that grape yield,vineyard area,total number of wine patents,number of wine enterprises and government RD expenditure are the key factors affecting the competitiveness of Ningxia wine industry.According to the above conclusions,optimizing planting techniques to improve wine grape yield;Rational planning of land resources to expand wine grape planting area;Encourage technology research and development and innovation,increase the technical content of wine industry;Cultivate and support wine enterprises to promote the development of industrial clusters;The government provides countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects,including increasing research and development fund support and promoting industrial technology upgrading,so as to provide decision-making reference for the local government to guide the development of the wine industry.
