| In our country,the“Three agricultural” problems with farmers as the core are related to economic development,social stability,national prosperity and national rejuvenation.With the increasingly serious problem of aging in our country’s rural areas,the elderly in Inner Mongolia’s rural pastoral areas are increasingly demanding for old-age care.At present,most of the elderly people in the rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia choose to live at home to support their elders,but with the acceleration of the integration of urban and rural areas,the living standards and ideas of the elderly in rural pastoral areas have changed,the original single-style old-age care model can not meet the individual needs of the elderly.Therefore,the service for the aged in rural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia is undergoing a huge test,so it is very important to solve the problem and construct a perfect service system for the aged in rural and pastoral areas.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of old-age service and analyzes the mechanism of demand level theory,new public servicetheory and social security theory.On this basis,the rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia to analyze the status quo of the development of old-age services.Secondly,a sampling survey was carried out,using field survey data and Logistic regression model to carry out single factor and multi-classification regression analysis.The analysis results showed that the choice of elderly care mode in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia was related to five factors: income level,child relationship,marital status,life satisfaction and loneliness.Taking home-based elderly care as a reference,elderly people with high income levelpoor relationship between children,low life satisfaction and strong sense of loneliness tend to choose community elderly care and community elderly care.According to the present situation and the above conclusions,the factors influencing the development of the elderly care service in the rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia are the economic predicament,the spiritual predicament,the imperfect related systems and policies,and the imperfect social public elderly care system,etc..Finally,on the basis of summarizing the problem,some suggestions were put forward,including strengthening the Base of rural old-age care,strengthening the ideological and moral construction of rural old-age care,strengthening the support of the party and the government for rural old-age care,and integrating diversified resources for rural old-age care. |
