Thi’s paper is mainly focused on the rural and pastoral areasinformation service industry in Inner Mongolia. The main content relatesto the connotation of the information service industry, information serviceindustry and economic development of our region’s rural and pastoralareas and moreover the importance of the development of the rural andpastoral areas of information services and countermeasures.Start with the background of the times and the national policy pointof view, talking about the opportunities and conditions for thedevelopment of our region’s agricultural and pastoral areas of informationservices. Then introduces the basic connotation of the concept of theinformation service industry, the system of classification, characteristics,focusing on the difference between the main system of moderninformation service industry sector, the advantages of development andthe development of China’s information services sector profile andforeign information service industry. Then discussing the economicdevelopment of our region’s rural and pastoral areas of the status quo andthe information service industry development status based on theinformation services industry, focusing on the important role in theeconomic development of our region’s rural and pastoral areas. Finally, from increased public funding of farming informationservices, accelerating telecommunications services reform andimprovement of the information service industry system, strengthen thedevelopment of information resources, and the establishment ofhigh-quality information services team, improve laws and regulations, thedevelopment of our region’s rural countermeasures and suggestions of thepastoral areas of information services.
