In recent years,the number and scale of Chinese Internet enterprises have been growing continuously.However,with the rapid development of Chinese Internet enterprises,there are cases of abuse of market power such as "platform choice one",stifling merger and acquisition,and platform prohibition.In fact,antitrust against Internet companies has become a global theme.Market power is a common index to judge the degree of monopoly and an important basis for taking anti-monopoly measures.In order to regulate the competitive behavior of Internet enterprises and promote the sustainable development of Chinese Internet enterprises,this paper empirically studies the market power of Chinese Internet enterprises and its influence factors.The research of this paper includes the following four parts: Part one is the development status and theoretical basis of Chinese Internet enterprises.The analysis of development status shows that Chinese Internet enterprises have four characteristics,such as fast development speed,high market concentration,obvious two-sided market structure and fast metabolic speed.On this basis,elaborated the Internet enterprise market power related theoretical basis.The second part is the measurement of the market power of the Internet enterprises based on the Klette model.The research indicates that the Internet enterprises in our country have a certain market power,but the overall view of the market competition is still full;From the perspective of the market power of each sub-industry,the market power of the network information and public service sub-industry is relatively strong,while that of the network entertainment and instant messaging sub-industry is about 0.5,slightly higher than that of the business transaction sub-industry,which is the weakest.The third part takes 58 Internet listed enterprises as samples to analyze the influencing factors of market power in the Internet industry.The research shows that innovation ability,firm size,customer stickiness and firm performance have significant influence on the market power of Chinese Internet enterprises.Among them: the market power of business transaction enterprises is most affected by customer stickiness and enterprise scale;Innovation ability has a greater impact on the market power of network news enterprises,but a smaller impact on business transaction enterprises.Financial performance has a greater impact on public service enterprises and a smaller impact on network news enterprises.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to maintain the competitive power of the Internet enterprises in our country.Specifically include: at the government level,improve the anti-monopoly laws and regulations of the Internet industry,improve the Internet industry anti-monopoly legal liability system;In the industry,to create a fair and orderly competition environment,give play to the role of innovation guidance;At the enterprise level,we should moderately improve market power and prudently choose competitive strategies.
