Spatial And Temporal Distribution Characteristics And Driving Factors Of Agriculture-Related Leading Enterprises In Shandong Province

In the process of agricultural modernization development,the regional leading ability of agriculture-related leading enterprises is the most prominent,so supporting the development of agriculture-related leading enterprises has become an important way to achieve rural revitalization.In this paper,the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and influencing factors of agriculture-related leading enterprises in Shandong Province are studied,and the provincial statistical data of 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2009 to 2020 are used as observation samples,and intuitive data display,line chart and kernel density analysis method are used to measure the development level of provincial agriculture-related leading enterprises.The influence factors of the temporal and spatial distribution of leading agricultural-related enterprises in Shandong Province were analyzed by using geographic detectors.The analysis results show that the influence of transportation level increases,and improving transportation infrastructure construction and transportation efficiency can expand the industrial radiation scope of agricultural-related enterprises and win more potential regional agricultural product trade markets.Through the analysis of Q value in different years,fiscal expenditure has an important guiding role in the spatial distribution of agriculture-related leading enterprises,and optimizing the management structure of agricultural funds and planning funds can improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity,drive farmers to increase income,promote sustainable agricultural development and agricultural modernization,and provide strong support for the development of agriculture-related enterprises.The factor interaction detection showed that the interaction between different factors was enhanced,and the single-factor force was weaker than that of multi-factor interaction.According to the results,relevant suggestions and countermeasures were put forward for the constraints to the development of agriculture-related leading enterprises.Guide the development of leading enterprises and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry.Through the optimization and adjustment of industrial development,promote the development of agriculture-related leading enterprises to higher-end fields and lead the development direction of the industry.Based on the above analysis,the following suggestions are put forward for the optimal development of agricultural-related enterprises.First,improve the transportation foundation of each county and optimize transportation channels,such as guiding agriculture-related enterprises to participate in road construction and improving the logistics and transportation system;The second is to solve the problem of rural labor outflow,and adopt measures such as increasing bonuses and housing subsidies to attract talents,such as;Third,the government improves and improves the service system,supplementing it from the perspectives of policy,technology and funds;The fourth is to expand financing channels,increase credit lines,introduce strategic investors and other ways to solve the capital dilemma;Sixth,integrate resources to first establish an industrial chain and enhance competitive advantages.The seventh is to improve enterprise planning,formulate goals for each period,and create a highly competitive brand.
