Factors Influencing The Ability Of Farmer Entrepreneurs To Bring Wealth In Zhejiang Province

The farmer entrepreneur is the key to ensure the smooth operation of China’s agricultural economy in the new era,and is also the talent reserve foundation to do a good job in "agriculture,countryside and farmers".Focusing on the needs of national agricultural development,building new farmer entrepreneurs has become one of the important measures to solve the deep-seated problems of agricultural production and management.As a typical representative of the emergence of a new force,township enterprises are the products formed under the specific historical conditions in China.Township enterprises,which began with the collective planning and accumulation mechanism of rural communities,are the endogenous development impetus created by China.Based on this,they shape the economic body of the agricultural economic system cycle,and farmer entrepreneurs become the dominant force in the development of rural industry.As a new type of professional farmer group,farmer entrepreneurs are the leaders of the survival and development of agricultural industry.Having high-quality farmer entrepreneurs is an inevitable requirement to activate the rural economy.Therefore,focusing on the ability of farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth and further stimulating the development vitality of rural enterprises is the core point of agricultural industry revitalization and rural revitalization.Based on this background,this study is committed to exploring the influencing factors of farmer entrepreneurs’ ability to bring wealth,which has important theoretical and practical significance for boosting the development of China’s rural industrial economy.The existing research on the ability of farmers’ entrepreneurs to bring wealth has mainly focused on the model to explore the ability to bring wealth.Few scholars have conducted empirical research on the mechanism of social capital factors affecting the ability of farmers’ entrepreneurs to bring wealth.Therefore,based on the basic data of farmers’ entrepreneurs in Zhejiang Province,field research has been carried out to build a research index system of social capital category on the ability to bring wealth,which is conducive to the development of relevant theories.Through further analysis of the experimental data and variables,this study established a "mechanism model of the influence of farmer entrepreneurs’ ability to bring wealth in Zhejiang Province: social capital-entrepreneurial self-efficacy-ability to bring wealth".Combining qualitative and quantitative methods,this thesis analyzes the effect of social capital factors on the ability of farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth through the first-hand data of 356 farmer entrepreneurs in three regions of northern Zhejiang,eastern Zhejiang and southwestern Zhejiang,using SPSS24.0 software and AMOS22.0 software for reliability and validity tests,structural equation model tests and intermediary model tests.The research shows that social capital has a significant impact on the ability of farmer entrepreneurs to bring wealth.The influence of social capital of geo type,kinship type and leapfrog type on the ability to bring wealth decreases in turn,and entrepreneurial self-efficacy has some positive intermediary effects.
