After being into the reform and opening-up,China’s manufacturing industry has developed rapidly and has become the largest manufacturing country.However,while the manufacturing industry is thriving,it is also faced with some pressures and challenges,such as the rise of labor costs and the drastic changes in the international environment.This urges China’s manufacturing industry to timely carry out industrial upgrading and innovation-driven,"Made in China 2025" strategy is to emphasize the implementation of intelligent manufacturing engineering,to promote China’s manufacturing industry to intelligent development.In an enterprise,manufacturing process is the key link to control quality and cost.In manufacturing,Preventive maintenance(using PM for abbreviation)of manufacturing equipment is used to ensure Economical production quantity(using EPQ for abbreviation)and is an important means for the smooth progress of preventive maintenance,and the spare parts used in preventive maintenance will affect the smooth progress of preventive maintenance.How to jointly consider PM and spare parts ordering strategy in EPQ has become a problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,this paper studies this problem.By studying relevant literature,this paper analyzes and sorts out the joint optimization of PM and spare parts ordering in EPQ.On the basis of literature review and relevant theories,this paper mainly studies the following three aspects:(1)By introducing delay time,a cost model considering spare parts order and PM in EPQ is built based on complete check and incomplete check respectively.Specific cost including spare parts spare parts ordering cost,inventory cost,spare parts of urgent spare parts ordering cost,production cost,shortage cost,inspection cost,cost of preventive maintenance,fault replacement costs and inventory holding cost,finally get the expected cost per unit time,as the objective function,using the genetic algorithm for example,To find the optimal EPQ strategy,PM strategy and spare parts ordering strategy,and from the perspective of total cost per unit time to the joint decision sensitivity analysis and comparison of the two inspection methods of joint decision,explore the impact of other factors on the joint decision,and get management inspiration.(2)Taking a high-tech manufacturing industry as an example,it analyzes the total cost per unit time under the current PM,spare parts ordering and EPQ and the total cost per unit time under the joint decision,and compares the size of the two.Through the analysis,the corresponding conclusion is drawn that the complete inspection can make the optimal economic production quantity,spare parts ordering and preventive maintenance strategy at the minimum cost,improve the reliability of equipment,and also help the enterprise to respond to the market demand faster and better.
