Research On The Transformation And Effect Of Corporate Profit Model Under Cross-border Integratio

With the continuous development of the Internet,digitalization and intelligence,China’s economy has entered the New Normal,and traditional enterprises are facing many challenges.Moreover,the sudden outbreak of the epidemic in 2019 had a huge impact on industries such as retail,catering,and tourism.All these indicate that in order to realize the sustainable development of the traditional industry in the future development,we must abandon the outdated profit model and seek a new development direction.In order to seek a new profit model,it is not enough to rely only on the strength of the enterprise,but also need the support of technology and platform,so some traditional enterprises try to solve this problem through crossborder integration with the Internet e-commerce platform.Traditional enterprises transform their profit model through cross-border integration,which is conducive to relieving pressure and getting rid of difficulties for traditional enterprises.Profit model is very important to the sustainable development of enterprises,and its rationality and effectiveness are directly related to the profit level,risk resistance ability and development prospects of enterprises.In this paper,we choose the national well-known pan-household enterprise--Easyhome.As early as 2018,it has explored the transformation of profit model through the cross-border integration with Alibaba.Through the analysis of the profit model under the cross-border integration of Easyhome,it has important theoretical and practical guiding significance for the development of China’s traditional pan-household industry.This paper first expounds the research background and significance of this paper,reviews the behavior and motivation of cross-border integration,the elements of profit model and the research status of the relationship between cross-border integration and profit model at home and abroad,introduces the motivation of cross-border integration of Easyhome,and makes an in-depth analysis of the profit model of Easyhome based on omni-channel retail theory,profit model theory and value creation theory.Secondly,it introduces the path of cross-border integration of Easyhome,and analyzes the effect of profit model transformation of Easyhome by using four elements of profit model and EVA economic added value.Finally,through the case analysis of Easyhome,this paper believes that so far,a series of activities carried out by Easyhome under the transformation are feasible,and its profit model after transformation can match its own development.Due to the adoption of an effective profit model,the profitability of the enterprise can be maintained and good financial performance can be maintained.It is of reference significance to other enterprises in pan-household industry.
