Research On The Competition And Cooperation Relationship Between Guangxi And Vietnam In Undertaking Manufacturing Transfer In The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

The continuous outward transfer of manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought huge development opportunities to Guangxi.However,with the influence of factors such as rising labor costs in recent years,the trend of manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area shifting to Vietnam has become more and more significant.The development of Guangxi’s manufacturing industry has been hindered,and the security of my country’s industrial chain has also been challenged.Therefore,clarify the competition and cooperation relationship between Guangxi and Vietnam in undertaking the relocation of manufacturing industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,so as to promote the strengthening of cooperation with Vietnam in the process of undertaking the relocation of manufacturing industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and reduce the“over-the-top” of the industry.The impact of "transfer" on Guangxi and ensuring the safety of my country’s industrial chain are of great significance to promoting Guangxi’s integration into the new dual-cycle development pattern.This paper firstly sorts out the research status and theoretical basis of industrial transfer,industrial undertaking,competition and cooperation relationship,etc.,and provides corresponding theoretical support for the research on competition and cooperation relationship between Guangxi and Vietnam to undertake manufacturing transfer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Secondly,it studies the development of manufacturing industries in Guangxi and Vietnam and the status quo of undertaking manufacturing transfer in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,laying a realistic foundation for empirical analysis.Then,on the basis of clarifying the research methods for Guangxi and Vietnam to undertake the transfer of manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the co-opetition structure and degree of competition and cooperation between Guangxi and Vietnam in undertaking the transfer of manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area were clarified.Analysis of the influencing factors of manufacturing transfer cooperation in the Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The research results show that when Guangxi and Vietnam undertake the transfer of manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,there is obvious competition in wood processing,wood,bamboo,rattan,palm,straw products,and non-metallic mineral products,and Guangxi is in these two industries.more competitive advantage.Among Guangxi’s key manufacturing industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Guangxi and Vietnam have certain potential for cooperation in the non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry;Vietnam will focus on undertaking manufacturing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Among them,Guangxi and Vietnam have great potential for cooperation in the leather,fur,feather and its products and footwear industries,and there is a certain potential for cooperation in the manufacturing of cultural and educational,industrial and aesthetics,sports and recreational products.At the same time,it is believed that infrastructure construction,factor endowment,manufacturing structure,and government support are the main influencing factors for Guangxi and Vietnam to undertake manufacturing transfer cooperation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Finally,it is proposed that Guangxi should strengthen cooperation with Vietnam to undertake the transfer of manufacturing industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area from the aspects of infrastructure,cooperation mechanism,and factor allocation.
