| With the flattening of enterprise structure and the enhancement of team consciousness,the ability of cooperation and mutual assistance among employees in the organization is particularly important.At the same time,due to the personalized differences of employees in the current enterprise,it makes the cooperation and mutual assistance between employees more difficult.At present,employees’ helping behavior and how to stimulate it have been paid more and more attention.Relevant studies have pointed out that the emotional state at the individual level is an important antecedent of helping behavior.And employee gratitude is a kind of gratitude and pleasure emotional state produced by interpersonal interaction.For employees,on the one hand,because of the benefits brought by gratitude,in order to further sustain the benefits,employees will attribute the benefits to the source,and then carry out self-help interpersonal behavior in the organization;On the other hand,gratitude will affect employees’ behavior and performance by broadening their cognition and thinking and building harmonious psychological resources.Therefore,based on social exchange theory and positive emotion development construction theory,this paper explores the influence of gratitude on helping behavior.From the perspective of work family relationship,combined with different situations,this paper reveals that gratitude in the work field and gratitude in the family field will ultimately affect employees’ helping behavior through work family facilitation and family work facilitation,respectively.At the same time,it explores the moderating role of boundary flexibility intention in it.Using questionnaire survey method for data collection,350 valid questionnaires were obtained.Through spss26.0 and mplus7.0 statistical analysis software,regression analysis method was used to analyze and test the hypothesis.The results show that employees’ work gratitude and family gratitude positively affect employees’ helping behavior;Work family facilitation plays a mediating role between work gratitude and helping behavior,and family work facilitation also plays a mediating role between family gratitude and helping behavior.This conclusion enriches the research results in related fields,and provides useful guidance for enterprises to help improve employees’ helping behavior from the emotional perspective.At last,the future research is prospected. |
