From the visual angle of public human resource management, this text combines human resource management, management psychology, and organizational behavior theory to research the current situations of employee's gratitude. Use such methods as the analysis of documents, structured specific interview, open questionnaire investigation, closed questionnaire investigation etc, based on positive research to staff's gratitude consciousness, gratitude's emotion experience, structure of gratitude needs, behavior tendency of employee's gratitude, influencing factor on gratitude and appraisal to corresponding measures etc, put forward the corresponding science measures of improving enterprise employee's gratitude.The results of positive research show:①The enterprise employee has certain mental consciousness of gratitude, still enterprise ought to tighten up gratitude education further, cultivate employee's gratitude consciousness.②Overall emotion experience of Enterprise employee's gratitude is in a sort level.③Need contents structure of enterprise employee's gratitude are divided as four dimensionality named compensation and welfare, enterprise solicitude, enterprise development, self-fulfillment. By analyzing the need contents structure of the enterprise employee's gratitude, the conclusion is that the need of compensation and welfare are rank firstly, and the need of enterprise development arranged on final.④Behavior tendency of enterprise employee's gratitude are divided as three dimensionality named comply s rules and regulation, work hard, and identify enterprise.⑤Enterprise employee gratitude is affected by four factors, it admits degree is successively from high to low: compensation and welfare, organize atmosphere, leader solicitude and education for employee's gratitude.⑥It is participative incentive measures that the most valued by the staff are the setting up of leader's democratic management and the building up of enterprise participative systems.⑦Employee with different sex, age, education, post and rank, property of enterprise appraise difference in consciousness of gratitude, emotion experience of gratitude, needs content structure of gratitude, behavior tendency of staff's gratit ude, influencing factor on gratitude and appraisal to corresponding measures. The difference on some factors is still analogous to the significance.Molding enterprise gratitude culture, making employee understand the value of gratitude.②Course encouraging, the aspect of enterprise is building institutions of management and setting up good interpersonal atmosphere and working atmosphere; leader aspect is improving the leaders'quality and setting up the democratic management style and the manners; Staff aspect is satisfying the staff's need contents of gratitude...
