Since the outbreak,all aspects of society have been affected.Organizational management and individual behavior are also affected to some extent.The collapse of many enterprises and the forced resignation of employees make us realize clearly that tasks that were boring yesterday are so important today.Because what you think of as boring work may be the platform for you to show your self-worth,the support of our wonderful family,the place where we live.Great changes have taken place in employees’understanding and attitude towards work.Cherishing work is one thing.More importantly,employees can find more and greater meaning in work,and can be relieved from boring emotions,showing great exuberance in work.And the feeling of exuberance at work has a certain effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of employees.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study employees’ sense of exuberance at work and organizational citizenship behavior under the current situation.In addition,the establishment and operation of the organization need to select employees with corresponding abilities according to the specific work,and make clear the job responsibilities.However,only relying on the work or content specified in the organizational rules and regulations,namely,the employee’s role behavior,will not be able to exceed the organizational goals.Therefore,it is necessary for employees to conduct OCB spontaneously to maximize the benefits of the enterprise.As we know,the essence of enterprise management is to create a good environment and conditions for the development and effective operation of enterprises,that is,to serve employees.In the construction enterprise should create a good working environment,for all kinds of employees(enterprise managers,technical personnel,construction personnel,workers)to provide different care and help.Under the role of servant leadership,employees’job satisfaction and enthusiasm may be improved,thus leading to a higher sense of job exuberance and more willingness to engage in extra-role behaviors.Therefore,servant leadership also has a moderating effect on employees’ sense of exuberance at work.Therefore,this study took employees in construction enterprises as the object,supported by self-determination theory and social exchange theory,to study the mechanism of autonomous motivation/controlled motivation on organizational citizenship behavior under the moderating effect of servant leadership.
