| In recent years,the LED industry has developed extensively and rapidly,and as new technologies continue to be promoted and applied,the market continues to be segmented,opening a new cycle of industry development.On the other hand,as the epidemic continues to affect the global industry chain,the downward pressure on the economy has increased,there is overcapacity in LED and more intense competition in the industry.How to survive the fierce competition and achieve sustainable development,the role of competitive strategy is crucial.Based on the above background,this thesis examines the competitive strategy of a company using A Vision as an example.As a leader of international high-end rental display screen,A Vision Company,based on the product positioning of international high-end rental,has grasped the extreme experience demand of high-end users with unique products and services,and made great efforts to lay out the overseas high-end rental display screen market in advance by taking advantage of the dividend of the rapid development period of LED industry,successfully avoiding the direct competition with traditional LED enterprises in the Red Sea area.Its sales have maintained rapid growth year after year,the product price is 30%-50%higher than that of its peers,and the annual average gross profit margin has stabilized at over 42%.It has established the status of the world’s first-line LED rental brand,and has also become the benchmark for the industry’s growth against the market A Vision’s core competitiveness is reflected in R&D and design,mature overseas localization services,brand resources and strong customer system,but at the same time it faces some problems in its own business development,such as the uncertainty of overseas markets,the lack of high-end talents,the effectiveness of internal control and the development of new market segments.This thesis introduces A Vision Company,summarizes the experience of the company’s development history and highlights its problems.Then,this thesis analyzes A Vision Company’s external environment,mainly including macro environment analysis,industry environment analysis and competitor analysis.Then,the internal environment of A Vision Company is analyzed,which mainly includes the analysis of SWOT,the value chain analysis and the benchmarking analysis.Based on the analysis of A Vision Company’s internal and external environment,the selection and implementation of A Vision Company’s competitive strategy is summarized.In the spirit of leveraging strengths and complementing weaknesses,combined with the company’s vision and purpose,it is recommended that the company pursue the competitive strategy of differentiation.A series of implementation plans are developed from the perspectives of further differentiating products and designs,improving the effectiveness of internal control,strengthening human resources and patents,and developing new application market segments to increase market utilization.The author hope that this will enable us to provide a reference for other related companies in the industry that are in the growth phase. |
