As more and more large enterprises at home and abroad working in teams such as IBM, Coca-Cola, Haier, and the team work gradually playing a positive role, the increasing number of scholars pay attention to the team work and research it in theoretical and practical. R&D work is the lifeblood of enterprises, and it is the source of innovation and lasting competitiveness. So, how to incentive R&D team to get an expected innovation performance has become the focus of most attention.Monetary compensation incentive is a basic incentive method, R&D team's monetary compensation incentive scheme in this paper focuses on the process by which monetary compensation is assigned to the R&D team members. Firstly, it analyses the background and significance, the basic idea and contents, and the previous research ideas and methods on the performance compensation and skilled-based compensation, which makes clear the significance and direction. Secondly, it analyses the basic theory such as the characteristics of R&D team and it's members, and discusses various factors that impact on the levels and structure of the compensation system and puts forward the overall conception on R&D team's monetary compensation incentive scheme, that is, a first assignment of the enterprise's compensation how to assign to the R&D team and a second assignment of the R&D team's compensation how to assign to the R&D team members. On the basis of which it establishes R&D team's monetary compensation system according to the R&D team's performance by constructing the R&D team's performance evaluation system and method. Further, by analysing the R&D team members'role orientation, it constructs the R&D team members'skill evaluation system and method, and establishes a second assignment of R&D team'monetary compensation system according to the R&D team members'skill. Finally, it analyses the basic situation of QJ Company and its R&D department and the existing compensation system, and reconstructs R&D team's monetary compensation incentive scheme of QJ Company according to the shortcomings of the existing compensation system, which is the application of this study, hoping to make the reconstructed scheme more rationality, fairness and incentive.
