Operational Evaluation Study Of Chengdu Jincheng Park Agricultural Tourism Project

With the improvement of human living standards,people have new demands and expectations for urban parks,and the agricultural areas of urban parks should have the functions of entertainment,education,play and vacation in addition to food supply.Different from the general concept of urban parks,agricultural parks are also different from farmhouses and general rural tourist spots.It is a brand-new industry that integrates agricultural production,tourism,and agricultural consumption,and aims to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.With the acceleration of urbanization,urban suburban areas will bring a lot of potential and valuable agricultural resources to the development of urban park agricultural projects,creating soil for the further development of urban park agricultural projects.As a typical greenway ecological landscape farm,Jincheng Park Farm has a vast area of arable land in the agricultural area outside Qinglong Lake.Demonstrative constructions such as farmland engineering,land consolidation,soil fertility improvement,and agricultural planting are carried out,thus leading the modernization of urban agriculture in Jincheng Park.,efficient and industrialized development.Therefore,it is typical to select Jincheng Park as a research sample.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign research theories,this paper conducts relevant research on the optimization of agricultural tourism project operation strategies.First,based on the cognition of concepts and concepts such as industrial integration and recreation,the operation strategy of Chengdu Jincheng Park project is analyzed,including the main probability,operation mechanism,and current operation strategy.Secondly,construct the Jincheng Park agricultural tourism project operation evaluation system,determine the index weight,and evaluate and analyze the Chengdu Jincheng Park agricultural tourism project operation based on the SCP analysis model.Finally,starting from five aspects,it puts forward suggestions on the improvement methods of Jincheng Park’s agricultural tourism operation strategy.The research in this paper can provide reference and basis for the further development of leisure agriculture.The development of park leisure agriculture can meet the leisure consumption needs of urban residents,change the development mode of agriculture,promote urban construction,and also promote farmers’ employment and income.The planning and design of tourism agricultural projects involves many aspects,including planning,architecture,environment,agriculture,landscape and so on.There is a certain foundation in the construction theory,but the research on the evaluation is relatively weak.In foreign countries,the current evaluation of tourism agricultural projects is mainly concentrated in the field of environmental psychology,and the establishment of the theory and the actual evaluation work are relatively mature.However,there are very few researchers on construction evaluation in my country,and most of them are carried out in a few fields such as construction technology research.Regarding park tourism agriculture,there are few theoretical and practical experiences available for reference in China.Therefore,it is hoped that the research in this paper will play a certain role in constructing and improving the theoretical system of tourism agriculture.
