Comprehensive budget management is a kind of systematic management enterprise based on the strategic value orientation,which plays a major role in the prediction and planning of enterprises.However,due to the large number of many large enterprises,the budget management is relatively scattered,can not be well taken into account,leading to the accuracy and real-time of budget management.In today’s era,with the continuous advancement of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,a financial sharing platform convenient for enterprises to process and transmit data has been established.Through the use of financial sharing platform,the comprehensive budget management process and the enterprise production and operation process,,not only provides data support for comprehensive budget management,play the role of coordinating enterprise comprehensive budget management,at the same time more convenient improve the accuracy of the budget and preparation efficiency,strengthen the control of the budget,realize the efficient management of the enterprise.This paper introduces the financial sharing platform in the process of comprehensive budget management,and optimizes the comprehensive budget management process through the financial sharing platform.Through literature study,the existing research results of enterprise sharing services and comprehensive budget management are reviewed,combined with the theory of industry and financial integration,business process re-engineering theory and management control the theory,the advantages of the integration of financial sharing platform and comprehensive budget management are analyzed in detail,and how the integration of the two are discussed.At the same time,by selecting a large enterprise group Y company as a typical case,using the literature research,practical investigation and comparative analysis,understand the current situation of Y company comprehensive budget management,found the existing problems,and try to construct a set of Y company has established the financial sharing platform of comprehensive budget management organization structure system,using industry wealth fusion,process re-engineering theory,management control theory further analysis,to design a new comprehensive budget management process system.Finally,according to the actual situation of Company Y,focusing on process optimization,expected control and value realization,the expected effect of comprehensive budget management under the financial sharing platform is deeply analyzed.Combined with the financial sharing platform,this paper analyzes the problems of the traditional comprehensive budget of the large group home appliance enterprise Y company,and tries to establish a set of accurate and efficient comprehensive budget management system.The conclusions is as follows:(1)financial sharing platform in the comprehensive budget management using the focus should be to improve the comprehensive budget management business process.The financial sharing platform should improve the comprehensive budget management system with the strategic guidance.(3)Make full use of the information platform created by financial sharing to make timely budget adjustment.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the comprehensive budget management of the same type of Y company.
