Although our country is a big agricultural country,it is still difficult to solve the demand of all agricultural products and food with the existing resources,so the import trade of agricultural products has been playing an important role in our country,and the import of agricultural products has been growing for a long time,although the growth rate is uncertain,but we can still see that the external dependence of our agricultural products is increasing.As a new mode of trade,cross-border e-commerce has played an important role in China’s economic development in recent years.Especially during the epidemic,it fully showed its positive role in the development of foreign trade as a new type of business,and has become an important channel of China’s foreign trade.Cross-border e-commerce infrastructure refers to relying on cross-border e-commerce platforms and different modes of cross-border e-commerce development,especially with the help of the speed and scale of e-commerce penetration,the customs environment,logistics efficiency and cross-border ecommerce policy facilities that continuously promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in China are the survival foundation of the development of cross-border e-commerce.How to effectively combine cross-border e-commerce and China’s import of agricultural products will have great research value,and can also provide ideas for reference for the development of import cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Scholars in the study of cross-border electrical business impact analysis of agricultural products in China,most potential from trade and market appeal or demand elasticity is analyzed,and the paper around the cross-border impact on China’s agricultural imports electricity infrastructure expansion theory and empirical analysis,especially combining with international competitiveness report,extracting the secondary indicators of cross-border electricity infrastructure development.Finally,the trade data and economic characteristics data of 110 countries and regions from 2010 to 2020 were collected and selected.The gravity model was used for regression analysis to test the impact effect and mechanism of cross-border ecommerce infrastructure on China’s agricultural imports.It is found that cross-border e-commerce infrastructure(ECOM)will have a significant positive impact on China’s agricultural imports.Efficiency of logistics.customs and institutional environment to promote agricultural imports electricity infrastructure generates positive adjustment effect,namely the exporter from China’s logistics efficiency is better,good customs environment,institutional environment is superior to better stimulate the use value of electricity infrastructure,produce the incremental development of China’s agricultural products import trade.Further,the construction of e-commerce infrastructure in countries with different income level and different policy environment has different influence on Chinese agricultural import trade.Middle-income countries and countries with better policy environment are the main objects of Chinese import trade and can realize significant increase in import.
