| In recent years,with the rapid development of all social fields,the three-pillar management mode of human resources has been popular and successfully applied in foreign countries,and has gradually been introduced into large domestic enterprises and started to try.In the past one or two years,with the impact of the epidemic,Digital technology have been widely introduced.This kind of HRSSC based on remote centralized delivery has been recognized by domestic enterprises.In addition,enterprises that tried to set up HRSSC in the early stage have entered a new stage of development.Because in the process of this mode of operation,many management problems have been exposed,which are very worthy of attention.The solution of these problems will also help enterprises explore the development direction of this model,so as to provide more support and reference for other enterprises.Firstly,by studying the domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the development environment and operation status of HRSSC at home and abroad.At the same time,the concepts involved in the operation system are elaborated,including three branch theory of human resources,process reengineering theory,fine management theory,"RPA digital staff",as well as the background of W Property Company mentioned in the case.Secondly,we carried out in-depth research on the HRSSC of W Property Company.In the form of questionnaire survey,combined with the analysis of the survey results,we found the current management problems,such as unstable team members,difficulties in improving organizational efficiency,system platform limitations and lack of competitive market services and products.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the root causes of management problems encountered in the development stage respectively.According to the causes of these problems,we learn the current advanced technology to solve these problems and optimize their management.The main management optimization plan includes the transformation and upgrading of management mode from three dimensions: team staff retention plan,excellent operation transformation plan and market-oriented road transformation plan.The construction of its optimization system not only meets the needs of management development within the organization,but also meets W Property Company’s expectation for the marketization development of HRSSC in the future.By studying and analyzing the management problems of human resource sharing service center and combining with the future development trend of the industry,this paper focuses on the design of management optimization scheme.It can not only help its transformation process to operational excellence,but also provide reference significance and experience for enterprises that are in the early stage of development of HRSSC and are considering trying to establish HRSSC. |
