It has been a key problem that calls for immediate solution to adapt to the needs of the company transformation, explore effective ways and means of quality management in new modes.Based on the theory of agile manufacturing, quality management, and business process reengineering at home and abroad, the paper shows a detailed analysis on how to improve quality management effectively in the mode of agile manufacturing in Company D.
