Company D was founded20years ago. Thanks to the technological advantages of the parent company as well as the rapid development of China’s economic construction, it maintains high-speed growth. However, in recent years, market demands shrank while market appears diversified, personalized and industry-based features. Previous advantages on cost and quality of mass production is losing.Company D’s production mode has shift gradually to agile manufacturing in response to market demand and the company’s strategic development, Products quality are becoming increasingly vital, and has become a major obstacle to market development constraints. It has been a key problem that calls for immediate solution to adapt to the needs of the company transformation, explore effective ways and means of quality management in new modes.Based on the theory of agile manufacturing, quality management, and business process reengineering at home and abroad, the paper shows a detailed analysis on how to improve quality management effectively in the mode of agile manufacturing in Company D. The industial background and existing Agile Manufacturing mode of Company D is introduced in the paper, followed by the analysis on existing problems of quality management. Finally, a practical improvement strategy and detailed implement plan is worked out on how to improve quality management including business process reengineering, new products development, supply chain management and integration of quality information systems.
