Improvement Study On Medical Couch JAGUAR Project Quality Management Of PHI Company

With China economy rapid development,science and technology fast progress,from 21 th century,many medical enterprises have appeared.In the past 1990 s,large-scale transnational medical enterprises have always monopolized medical market by their own strong professional technology.But today,China domestic medical enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms.Large-scale transnational medical enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure.The author of this article works in PHI company which is one of Fortune Global 500 large-scale transnational companies.PHI company mainly engaged in medical device design,manufacturing and sales.Our customers include hospitals,doctors and patients.By comparing with other industries,the requirement of medical enterprises is much higher and stricter.Medical devices include magnetic resonance imaging,CT and other large-scale professional medical devices.Due to medical devices directly contact patients,hence,we need to ensure good quality and high safety to avoid any quality accidents.Only by doing active product quality management improvement,then,it can make PHI company continue leading medical market in the fierce competition.The author of this article is responsible for quality management of medial couch.Couch Jaguar project is our biggest and most complicated project.Also,it has many quality problems.KPI(Key performance indicator)—DPU(Defects per unit)& FPY(Product first pass yield)can not meet our current target requirement,but customer orders are double,so,to ensure stable product quality,meet customer shipment requirement,improve customer satisfactory,create much profit for PHI company,we must do quality management study on couch Jaguar project.The content of this article includes below content: Firstly,introduce study background,significance,thinking,content and method;Secondly,demonstrate the concept of quality management,characteristic,related theory and literature review;meantime,introduce the common tooling and method of quality management,the quality management characteristic of medical enterprise;Thirdly,do analysis for current situation on couch Jaguar project,completed and concrete analysis have been done from four different aspects.Fourthly,for Jaguar project quality problems,provide concrete quality management plan which mainly includes quality management target,steps,actions and effectiveness evaluation.Fifthly,systematically card the detailed safeguard measures on couch Jaguar project to ensure good effectiveness of actions.Lastly,the conclusion part,do summary for the whole article and outlook for future.
